The Purchasing Division provides assistance to RCOC departments and divisions for the cost-effective and efficient purchase of goods and services, under the direction of the Board of County Road Commissioners.
Purchasing is responsible for procurement of goods and services that meet the quality levels required by RCOC to provide safe and convenient roads for the traveling public in Oakland County.
Purchasing Process
The Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) has partnered with BidNet as part of the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network (MITN) Purchasing Group to post solicitations on theMITN Website.
As a vendor, you can register with the MITN Purchasing Group and be sure that you see all available bids and opportunities. By selecting “group notification,” your company will receive emails when RCOC has a solicitation that matches your company's business.
