The Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) has approved a permit allowing Consumers Energy to close Rowe Road between Milford Road and Lone Tree Road in Highland and Milford townships for a pipeline replacement from Tuesday, July 28 through Friday, July 31.
During the closure, traffic heading to and from homes and businesses within the closure will be allowed access. The detour for through traffic is Milford Road to Lone Tree Road, back to Rowe Road and vice versa.
The work is being done by Snelson Companies Inc. This section of Rowe Road carries approximately 930 vehicles per day.
