The Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) expects to close the Grange Hall Road/Perryville Road intersection in Groveland Township, on Monday, Oct. 24, for a one-day culvert replacement project. The work is weather-dependent, and the schedule could change.
The detour for through traffic is Ortonville Road (M-15) to Groveland Road to Barron Road, back to Grange Hall Road and vice versa.
Residential access on Perryville Road will be maintained using Barron Road, Jossman Road or Brandt Road.
The Grange Hall Road/Perryville Road intersection will reopen to traffic on or before the evening of Oct. 24.
The work is being done by HMC of Sterling Heights. The Grange Hall Road/Perryville Road intersection carries approximately 5,500 vehicles per day.
