Northbound traffic on Union Lake Road at Wise Road in Commerce Township will temporarily be shifted into the center, left-turn lane starting Wednesday, May 5, to accommodate Consumers Energy utility-relocation work.
The utility work is in preparation for a culvert-replacement project on Union Lake Road, just south of Wise Road, that will start this summer. The start date for the culvert project and full road closure will be announced soon.
