The Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) expects lane closures on the Grand River Avenue bridge over the CSX Railroad tracks in Novi, starting Monday, April 5, so the contractor can finish painting work on the structure. The bridge is located between Novi and Taft roads.
During the work, the outside (right) lane will close in each direction on the Grand River Avenue bridge.
The bridge is expected to fully reopen in mid April. This section of Grand River Avenue carries approximately 16,000 vehicles per day.
