FLEMINGS LAKE ROAD EXPECTED TO CLOSE JUNE 20-JUNE 21 AT SASHABAW ROAD IN INDEPENDENCE TOWNSHIP
Beverly Hills, MI -- The Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) expects to close Flemings Lake Road at Sashabaw Road in Independence Township on June 20-June 21 for storm sewer installation under the road.
The detour for traffic is Clarkston Road to Wyngate Drive to Oakstone Drive, back to Flemings Lake Road and vice versa.
The work is weather-dependent and the closure dates could change.
The closure is part of the Sashabaw Road widening project from I-75 to Clarkston Road that will continue until late fall of 2019.
