TWO CULVERTS TO BE REPLACED ON MILFORD ROAD BETWEEN LONE TREE ROAD AND ROWE ROAD IN MILFORD TOWNSHIP ON JUNE 22
Beverly Hills, MI – The Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) plans to remove and replace two culverts on Milford Road between Lone Tree Road and Rowe Road on the border of Milford Township and Highland Township on Saturday, June 22.
In the case of inclement weather, the alternate date is Sunday, June 23.
During the work, Milford Road will be closed between Lone Tree Road and Rowe Road. The detour route will be Commerce Road to Hickory Ridge Road to M-59 and back to Milford Road and vice versa.
Residential and business access will be maintained throughout the project.
The first culvert to be replaced is south of Watkins Blvd., while the second culvert is north of Reid Road.
This project is scheduled during the weekend in order to prevent delays and minimize inconvenience.
This section of Milford Road carries approximately 14,250 vehicles per day.
