CN RAILROAD TO CLOSE OPDYKE RD SOUTH OF KENSINGTON RD IN BLOOMFIELD TWP

FOR ONE-DAY EMERGENCY RAILROAD TRACK REPAIRS ON JUNE 7

 

Beverly Hills, MI – Canadian National (CN) railroad will close Opdyke Road just south of Kensington Road in Bloomfield Township to through traffic on Friday, June 7, at 9 a.m. for a one-day emergency railroad-crossing repair work.   

The detour for traffic is Kensington Road to Long Lake Road to Woodward Avenue (M-1), back to Opdyke Road and vice versa. 

CN is expected to conclude the repair work during the evening of June 7 at approximately 9 p.m.

This section of Opdyke Road carries approximately 14,000 vehicles daily.
