The Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) expects to close Cass Lake Road to through traffic between Pontiac Lake Road and M-59 in Waterford Township on Saturday, April 27, to replace two culverts under the road.
The detour for through traffic is Pontiac Lake Road to M-59, back to Cass Lake Road and vice versa.
The culvert replacement is expected to be completed by the end of the day on April 27. In case of inclement weather, an alternate date of April 28 has been set for the culvert replacement.
Cass Lake Road carries approximately 6,150 vehicles daily. The work is being done on the weekend to minimize traffic impacts.
