The Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) Human Resources Department has launched an updated job posting section on the RCOC Website, www.rcocweb.org.

The updated section is intended to make the job application process easier and quicker for job candidates and streamline the process of tracking and evaluating candidates for the agency. It will also make it easier for RCOC to post job openings in multiple locations.

“This update will allow us to better attract, process and evaluate job applicants while making the process more transparent for both internal and external applicants,” explained RCOC Managing Director Dennis Kolar. “The updated system will improve efficiency for all parties.”

Some of the features to the new software are:

Entire job application process is now completely electronic

Job applicants’ information is stored on the site making it easier to apply for multiple positions

Applicant tracking for Human Resources staff

Ability to generate data reports by staff

Direct postings of open positions to social media

To access the new job postings sections, simply click on the “Careers” tab on the top of the homepage of the RCOC Website (www.rcocweb.org)

The site also includes news and information about RCOC road projects and a wealth of information about the agency. The RCOC app is also available for free from app stores.
