The Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) will begin preventative maintenance work Aug. 7 on the Middlebelt Road bridge over the Rouge River located between 8 Mile Road and Grand River in the City of Farmington Hills.
Two-way traffic will be maintained throughout the project. The $150,000 project is funded by RCOC and includes:

The prime contractor for the project is Z Construction of Shelby Township. This section of Middlebelt Road carries approximately 14,000 vehicles daily. The bridge will fully reopen in mid-September.
