[ARCHIVED] PAVING IS EXPECTED TOMORROW, SEPT. 17, AT THE ROCHESTER RD/TIENKEN RD INTERSECTION

Flagger

The Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) expects its contractor to pave the Rochester Road/Tienken Road intersection in Rochester Hills tomorrow, Saturday, Sept. 17, from approximately 7 a.m. through the early evening.

The intersection will remain open with flaggers directing traffic. Motorists should expect long delays and are advised to seek an alternate route, as the intersection carries nearly 60,000 vehicles daily.

The paving is part of the larger Rochester Road paving project, Tienken Road to Lakeville Road in Rochester Hills, Oakland Township and Addison Township. The approximately 9.4-mile paving project is expected to be completed in mid-October.
