The Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) will close Green Road, west of the Orchard Lake Road intersection in West Bloomfield Township for concrete slab replacement work on Wednesday, Aug. 24.
Orchard Lake Road will remain open to traffic during the project. The work is expected to last until early September.
The contractor, Cipparrone Contracting of Southfield, will remove and replace failing concrete slabs. The intersection will remain closed until the concrete has time to cure.
