The City of Troy will reduce westbound Big Beaver Road to one lane, from Livernois Road to Crooks Road, starting this evening, Thursday, Aug. 18, at approximately 6 p.m. for concrete repairs. The repair work is the result of city watermain work completed earlier.
The road is expected to fully reopen on Tuesday, Aug. 23.
This section of westbound Big Beaver Road carries approximately 26,830 vehicles daily. The work is being done under a permit issued by the Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC
