GLWA TO CLOSE NOVI ROAD AT 14 MILE ROAD ON MONDAY, FEB. 9 THROUGH MARCH 22
Starting Monday, Feb. 9, the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) will close Novi Road at 14 Mile Road for continued water infrastructure replacement work.
During the closure, the detours are as follows:
The northbound Novi Road detour is 13 Mile Road to M-5 to 14 Mile Road.
The southbound Novi Road detour is Maple Road to M-5 to 13 Mile Road.
Only westbound 14 Mile Road, from M-5 to Beachwalk Drive (just east of Walled Lake Drive), is open to traffic, with residential and business access maintained.
The water infrastructure work at Novi Road/14 Mile Road is expected to be completed approximately March 22.
