Please remain muted until recognized by the Chairman: 1. Please state your name. Also state if you are representing an agency, group or private citizen. Repeat your name each time you speak. 2. Please indicate if you have a written statement so it may be accepted and entered into the record. 3. Please limit oral summaries of written statements to three (3) minutes. 4. Please limit oral statements to three (3) minutes. 5. Please state all questions clearly and briefly. Thank you!
