The City of Rochester Hills, the Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) and Oakland University will host a second meeting on the study to determine the future of the Adams Road corridor from Hamlin Road to Walton Blvd. in the city.
The second meeting is a public “purpose and need workshop” and will be conducted on Tuesday, May 9, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at West Middle School cafeteria, 500 Old Perch Road in Rochester Hills. The doors will open at 5:45 p.m. and a presentation will start at 6:00 p.m.
During the workshop, there will be opportunities for public feedback.
Anyone wishing to attend the May 9 workshop who requires special accommodations in accordance with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or Title VI, including those requiring language assistance, should call RCOC at 248-645-2000 and ask to be directed to the RCOC Planning and Environmental Concerns Department to submit your request. The Road Commission will provide such services free of charge, with reasonable advanced notice.
