The meeting is from 4:30 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Roosevelt Elementary School, 3380 Orchard Lake Road., in Orchard Lake Village. The meeting will be open-house format -- there will not be a formal presentation. RCOC staff will be present to answer questions throughout the meeting.    

Anyone wishing to attend the meeting who requires special accommodations in accordance with the provisions of the ADA or Title VI, including those requiring language assistance, should call RCOC at 248-645-2000 and ask to be directed to the RCOC Engineering Department to submit your request. The Road Commission will provide such services free of charge with reasonable advanced notice. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide the requested accommodation or an effective alternative, but accommodations may not be guaranteed.
