A contract for 4" HMA SURFACE OVER PULVERIZED BASE WITH SODDED SHOULDERS AND MINOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS  on 1,036 lineal feet or 0.20 miles of IRIS DRIVE, located NORTH OF MACEDAY LAKE ROAD AND EAST OF NELSEY ROAD in WATERFORD Township, Oakland County, Michigan.

PROJECT No. 08029, TES DRIVE 

A contract for 5" HMA SURFACE OVER EXISTING GRAVEL BASE WITH SODDED SHOULDERS AND MINOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS  on 812 lineal feet or 0.15 miles of TES DRIVE, located NORTH OF WARDLOW ROAD and EAST OF DUCK LAKE ROAD in HIGHLAND Township, Oakland County, Michigan.

Michigan Department of Transportation pre-qualification classification for this project is: 216 CB or 216 EA

PROJECT No. 24162, TIMBERS EDGE 

A contract for 4" HMA SURFACE OVER CEMENT TREATED FULL DEPTH RECLAMATION BASE WITH TOTAL CURB AND GUTTER REMOVAL/REPLACEMENT, SODDED SHOULDERS AND MINOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS   on 3,968 lineal feet or 0.75 miles of SILVER LEAF LANE, SILVERWOOD DRIVE, RAINTREE COURT, SILVER LEAF COURT, TIMBERVIEW TRAIL AND TIMBERS EDGE BOULEVARD, located NORTH OF WEST 14 MILE ROAD AND WEST OF FARMINGTON ROAD in WEST BLOOMFIELD Township, Oakland County, Michigan.

Michigan Department of Transportation pre-qualification classification for this project is: 1,766 CB or 1,766 EA

When M.D.O.T. prequalification is required, a bidder, at the time the bidder submits the bid, must have proper classification and numerical rating for the work on which the bidder proposes to bid.  The bidder must be fully capable of performing the work both financially and with experience in the type of work.

Plans and/or proposals will be available for download on or after JANUARY 24, 2023.  Bid deposit amounts and project description, including approximate materials and quantities for each project are identified in the plans and proposals.

Digital plans and proposals are available at www.bidexpress.com.   Digital bid submissions will be accepted per the instructions and requirements listed on www.bidexpress.com.  

Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to waive defects and to accept the proposals that in the opinion of the Board are in the best interest of and to the advantage of the Board of County Road Commissioners, of the County of Oakland, Michigan.
