AS OF MONDAY, NOV. 14, 2022, NO FURTHER OPEN CUTTING OF PAVEMENT OR OPENING OF GRADE

Due to the onset of air temperatures below freezing, as of Monday, Nov. 14, 2022, no further open cutting of pavement or opening of grade will be allowed until spring.

Any paving materials placed that do not meet RCOC's weather-related specifications will be considered temporary and must be replaced in the next construction season.
