RCOC is requesting public input to recognize and address concerns about the temporary use of  Mill Race Park during this project, which includes slope grading and alignment of the sidewalks on the northeast corner of the intersection. RCOC is proposing a "temporary non-conforming use" of Friendship Park as regulated under Section (4)f of the United States Department of Transportation Act of 1966. Please submit comments by Friday, October 20, 2023.

Comments and concerns may be submitted via email to the RCOC Design Division at design@rcoc.org, by phone at 877-858-4804 or during the October 3, 2023  public meeting.
