Remove and replace the Sashabaw Creek culvert under the road
Pulverize the existing pavement on this section of Mann Road and repave with four inches of asphalt; road resurfacing work is from the vicinity of the culvert heading east to Clintonville Road; road will be open to traffic during the resurfacing phase of the project)
Replace the guardrail in the vicinity of the culvert
END DATE: Late August On Sept. 2, the road will reopen over Sashabaw Creek; in late October for resurfacing work from the culvert location to Clintonville Road (the road will remain open to traffic during resurfacing work).
ROAD CLOSURE: Yes, over Sashabaw Creek, culvert removal and replacement is expected to last approximately 21 days. Access to homes and businesses within the project limits will be maintained.
DETOUR (during culvert removal and replacement): Rattek Road to Genoa Road to Pine Knob Lane to Maybee Road to Clintonville Road, back to Mann Road.
