The following projects may cause traffic delays on Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) roads between May 8 and May 15 or may start shortly thereafter.
It is RCOC’s goal to conduct road improvement projects in a way that interferes with traffic as little as possible. This list includes both Road Commission projects and projects conducted by others, under permit, on roads under the jurisdiction of the Road Commission.
Please note: This information is subject to change. Projects can change from day to day, and traffic delays can develop in a matter of minutes due to weather, emergency situations, etc.

Yes, 12 Mile Road from Greenfield to Ellwood Avenue will close for one month (date TBA). Remaining portion will be open to two-way traffic.
12 Mile will close between Greenfield and Ellwood will close for one month, date TBA. The detour is Greenfield Rd to 11 Mile Rd to Coolidge Hwy, back to 12 Mile Rd and vice versa.

Waldon and Maybee roads are both closed at the west side of Baldwin Road; Baldwin Road remains open to traffic
